Storyboard Room is operated by NuFrnd AI Limited (“we”). This policy explains what we collect when you use the service and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and team membership, provided through our sign-in provider.
• Content you create: scripts, prompts, storyboards, characters, locations, images and videos.
• Billing details: your plan and payment history. Card details are held by our payment processor, never by us.
• Basic technical data needed to run and secure the service, such as request logs.

How we use it

To provide the service: to sign you in, store and sync your storyboards, generate images, video and text you ask for, bill your subscription, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your data or use your content for advertising.

Who processes it

• Cloudflare: hosting, database and file storage.
• Google Cloud: the AI models that generate text, images and video from your prompts and references.
• WorkOS: authentication.
• Stripe: payments and subscriptions.

Retention and your rights

We keep your content while your account is active. You can delete storyboards at any time, and you can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data by emailing support@storyboard-room.com.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. Your browser also stores storyboards locally for offline use.
